It is our policy to thoroughly record every attempt at service of process and record each attempt with smartphone geo-location or geo-tagged and dated photos.

San Diego Metro Process ServiceThis is our standard service option for Small Claims, Family or Civil Law. This includes up to 4 attempts over 3 calendar days. Proof of Service is scanned and emailed to you. It is then sent immediately to you by USPS. |

Metro Area Process Service & Proof of Service Documents Filed at CourtThis is our standard service option for Small Claims, Family or Civil Law. This includes up to 4 attempts over 3 calendar days. Two original Proof of Service documents are created, both court stamped. One Proof is filed at the court of hearing, the other stamped by the court. Proof of Service is scanned and emailed to you. It is then sent immediately to you by USPS. |

Stakeout Service (Minimum Two Hours)Our stakeout service includes photos taken at 30-minute intervals, geo-tagging and time-stamping. These photo files and stakeout logs will be forwarded to you by email same-day or prior to 8am the following day. |
